OHARANO STUDIO GALLERY is a space for people to connect through art, based in Oharano, Nishikyo-ku, Kyoto. We host artists-in-residence for both domestic and international artists, organize exhibitions and events in a gallery space, create artwork in a studio, and plan and manage various cultural and artistic programs. Surrounded by nature, while engaging in daily artistic creation, we strive to stay connected to the town and local communities.
OHARANO STUDIO GALLERYは、京都市西京区の大原野を拠点として、アートを通じて人々と交流する場所です。国内外のアーティストを対象としたレジデンス、ギャラリースペースでの展示やイベント、スタジオでの制作、文化芸術に関する企画運営などを行っています。自然に囲まれた中で、日々の芸術制作を行う場所でありながら、街と繋がり、地域の方々と触れ合う窓口となることを目指しています。

We welcome applications from artists of diverse cultural backgrounds who are interested in creating, researching,
and exchanging ideas in a peaceful environment.
