ECHO OHARANO

「ECHO OHARANO」は、2021年から開催してきた地域密着型の交際芸術展です。

会場は京都市西京区の「OHARANO STUDIO GALLERY」、および地域の寺社、農園など複数拠点で実施してきました。展覧会では、これまでに関わった国内外のアーティストによる新作や再展示を行い、自然・地域・都市・芸術のつながりを再提示しています。芸術を媒介に、地域の内と外の視点を交差させ、持続可能な文化基盤づくりを目指す取り組みです。

ECHO OHARANO is a community-based contemporary art exhibition that has been held since 2021.

The exhibition has taken place across multiple locations, including Oharano Studio Gallery, as well as local temples, shrines, and farms in Nishikyo Ward, Kyoto.Featuring new and re-presented works by artists from Japan and abroad who have been involved with Oharano Studio Gallery, the exhibition explores and reimagines the connections between nature, community, the city, and art.Through art, ECHO OHARANO brings together perspectives from within and beyond the local community, with the aim of fostering a sustainable cultural foundation rooted in the area.
