「YOKAI」は、2022年に出版された⽇本の超⾃然的な⽣き物の百科事典です。この本は、ロシアとウクライナの40⼈以上のイラストレーターによって共同制作されました。アートワークは幅広い芸術スタイルにわたり、妖怪を神話上の存在として、独特でさまざまな視覚的センスによって描かれています。
The Japanese word ‘yokai’ defines a wide range of supernatural beings, demons, ghosts, even objects that came alive as well as some bizarre phenomena. In a word, it includes everything that is inexplicable, mysterious, and thrilling. YOKAI is an Encyclopedia of Japanese supernatural creatures which were published on 2022. This book was made in collaboration with more than 40 illustrators from Russia and Ukraine. The artworks span a wide range of artistic styles, providing a unique and diverse visual perspective on yokai. Anastasia Cherepanova
Anastasia Cherepanova is an art director, graphic designer, and digital artist. Anastasia has been running a blog about Japan's underground culture for over 6 years. She has been studying the subject of yokai for many years and has created several personal projects dedicated to Japanese folklore. Anastasia is the author and curator of the Yokai project, where she brought together a team of artists and writers, and also created materials for the book herself. Anastasia Cherepanova はアートディレクター、グラフィックデザイナー、デジタルアーテ ィストである。Anastasiaは日本のアンダーグラウンドカルチャーについてのブログを6年 以上運営している。彼女は妖怪についても長年研究しており、日本の民間伝承に特化した 個人のプロジェクトをいくつか手掛けている。Anastasiaは妖怪プロジェクトの著者兼キュ レーターであり、アーティストやライターのチームをまとめあげ、彼女自身も、本のため の資料を作成した。 |
