We’re happy to welcome Ramon @skdbg_drawing to Oharano Art Residency from April 6 to May 6.
Ramon is drawn to the simplicity of images, faces, everyday moments, gestures, expressions, the human body, and vivid landscapes. Working with markers and watercolor pencils, he creates delicate shadows and subtle new colors in his illustrations. Recently, he has also expanded into large-scale work, exploring a rounded and abstract cubism through acrylic on wood and wall frescoes in soft, blended tones.
Now fully dedicated to art, Ramon begins a new chapter through his stay in Oharano. We look forward to sharing the time, observation, and exchange that will unfold here.
4月6日から5月6日まで、Ramon を Oharano Art Residency にお迎えします。
Ramonは、顔や日常の一瞬、まなざし、しぐさ、表情、人体、そして生き生きとした風景など、イメージのシンプルさに惹かれながら制作を続けています。マーカーや水彩色鉛筆による繊細な陰影や色づくりに加え、近年は木材へのアクリル作品や壁画など、大型作品にも取り組み、やわらかな色彩で丸みのある抽象的なキュビスムを展開しています。
現在は芸術活動に専念し、Oharanoでの滞在を新たな章の始まりとして迎えるRamon。ここで生まれる観察、対話、そして時間の積み重ねを、私たちも楽しみにしています。
